Perfectly proportioned and appointed, the showhouse set within a collection of six contemporary houses provides the perfect setting for living, relaxing and entertaining. Included within the development was a historic coach house. The art of translating key trends in colour, texture light and fabrics were the foundation to the interior design.
Attention to detail in the design has been finessed to ensure living spaces of exceptional quality. Whether in the bespoke joinery evident throughout, concealed feature lighting, refined furnishings or luxurious fabrics no detail has been spared. The main areas have been kept elegantly neutral with the use of accent colour to create interest and personality without dominating the interior allowing the potential buyer scope to add their own mark.
Working to a fixed budget a selection of Italian furniture manufactures such as B&B Italia, Minotti & Molteni were mixed with lesser known British designers to create a high end solution at a more moderate spend.
